It is with great sadness that Christian New Creation (CNC) announces the death of Chairman Emeritus Ray Solcher, who passed away while vacationing in Alaska on August 3, 2022. Ray joined CNC almost 20 years ago and was a wonderful leader, benefactor and friend to our organization and the people at CNC. He is survived by his wife Karen, who was also well known to our community. We wish Ray’s wife Karen, Ray’s son Daniel, and Ray’s entire family our sincerest condolences.
We will honor and celebrate Ray’s life and works by redoubling our efforts to complete his vision of growing our services to men coming out of prison in Texas and helping them reenter society with dignity.

Thank you for all you did Ray. Your vision and faith in helping these men become who they dreamed of becoming was directed by your generosity of the blessings our Lord blessed you with. Your gift of giving the opportunity for my wife, Tammy her hearing back can never be repaid. Godspeed my friend, it was an honor being your friend.
