Why did you apply to live at a CNC house?
I first came to Isaiah House in 2019 and stayed for about 12 months. It saved me and got me redirected toward change and growth. After I left in 2020 I had some fallbacks. I lost my direction and found myself in a bad place again. In March of 2021 I reached out to Tony and asked if I could come back. Tony opened the door again for me.
How is Christ transforming you into a New Creation?
My faith now is more important than it ever was. Isaiah House, and Tony VanDerbur, is what made me change my life and accept God totally into my life. These past several months at Isaiah have allowed me to finally (hopefully) deal with my issues. Isaiah House has programs and a community environment with structure, work, addiction meetings, family reunification. And most important for me is the Spiritual climate that Isaiah offers.
